We love our volunteers! As a thank you to all of you who have volunteered your time and talents to Archway Trivium/Trivium Prep this year, we invite you to join us for a Volunteer Appreciation Breakfast on Thursday, April 20 at 8:30 AM in the Archway MPR. Please celebrate and join us for our appreciation breakfast!

The Trivium Prep Art Walk will take place on Friday, April 28 from 4:30-6:30pm in the Trivium Prep MPR. Student artwork from throughout the school year (both semesters) will be on display during this open-house event. All are welcome to attend! Admission is free; enter campus from the south student entrance.

Students currently enrolled in art class (semester 2) should plan to attend at some point during the evening. We will have  guest appearances to entertain us and visit our show! Ribbons and prizes will be awarded to the most outstanding works. Please reach out to your student's art teacher with any questions.

Join us for the High School Musical Theater's production of "The Sound of Music" on the Trivium Stage!

Tickets will be sold at the door for cash only: $5 for students and $10 for adults. There is no online pre-sale. Children 5 and under are free. Concessions and Fan Mail will be available for purchase before the show and during intermission. The production is open seating in the gym. Doors open 30 minutes before showtime. We hope you will join us!

Great Hearts ASU Barrett Day

Hello Junior students and parents:

Today all juniors across the Great Hearts Network in the Phoenix area are able to register for the Great Hearts Day at Barrett the Honors College at ASU to be held on Saturday April 29th from 10am - 11:30am.

If you are interested in applying to Barrett in the fall, we strongly encourage you to register as soon as possible. Due to the seating capacity in their theater and adjacent classroom (about 100 seats total), they have to limit each student to one guest only.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS
Attached you will find a map that shows how to find us coming from any direction. There are two ways to enter our parking area. Going East on Apache Blvd (right after Jimmy John’s) you will see a sign to turn south into the parking lot. (No turn from westbound Apache).
Entering from Spence Ave. off of Rural Road. Go west on Spence (side road next to Whataburger).

PARKING
There is quite a bit of visitor parking near the Community Center. There will be a couple of areas with complimentary parking directly outside of our building in the Vista del Sol East parking lot (map here). We will have a student worker stationed in the parking lot to help direct you to appropriate parking.

Once you have parked, please proceed to our receptionist desk on 1st floor Vista del Sol Community Center where you will check in for the information session.

Save the Date for a Middle School Social at Main Event on Monday, May 1 from 1:00pm to 5:00pm. The price is $25.00 which includes 4 hours of the following activities: bowling, laser tag, gravity ropes, billiards, and shuffle board. It also includes 1 hour of game play, a drink, and 2 slices of pizza. This is open to all Middle School students plus any younger siblings. Registration link to published next week.

 Parents should arrive 10-20 minutes before showtime and can enter through office. They will head to MPR 15 minutes before the performance.

Our PSO will be hosting a Uniform Collection on Friday, May 19 from 7:30-9:30 AM and 1:30-3:30 PM outside the Front Office.  

Additionally, on Friday, May 26 from 8:30-10:30 AM, the PSO will be collecting uniforms outside near the athletic field. During this time, items from the Archway Lost and Found will be displayed for parents to peruse as well.

Families will be issued a donation voucher that they can use to shop at our Uniform Exchange. All donated items must be uniform-policy compliant, clean, and in good condition. Accepted items include: shirts with emblems, sweaters/pullovers with emblems, pants, shorts, skirts, rompers, belts, shoes, and concert attire. For Archway Trivium West, only Dennis or Anton-brand skirts and rompers will be accepted for exchange.

Our next Uniform Exchange will be held on Saturday, July 22 in the Archway MPR. Look for more information as the date gets closer.

Trivium Prep Graduation will be held on Saturday, May 20 at 11:30am at Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church 1401 E Jefferson St. Phoenix 85034. Students arrive at 8:30am for rehearsal. Doors open at 11am to families and guests. A YouTube link will be made available to share with those who cannot attend. No food/drink is allowed in the sanctuary/auditorium.

Each student will receive 10 tickets for family/guests. Tickets will be handed out to students, along with their cap and gown, upon completion of their "exit interview" with College Counseling in mid-April. During this final meeting with college counseling, students will confirm future plans, scholarship information and complete all required exit forms.

Great Hearts Gala: How the West was One

Great Hearts Arizona is heading West for our 6th How the West was One themed Gala presented by Liberty Buick | GMC and hosted by Earnhardt Lexus. Guests will enjoy a live country concert, dancing, and delicious food and beverage as we raise funds in support of Great Hearts Arizona teachers and our continued mission to form great-hearted young men and women.
